WELCOME! We are very pleased that you have decided to check us out. Our mustard company is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in picturesque Trinidad, Colorado. We are a small business but we are BIG when it comes to flavor. All of our mustards are handmade and mellowed to perfection. (We tend to hover over them and taste samples until WE are satisfied.)
We are VERY different from the ordinary mustard you purchase at your local store. You know, the kind we all grew up eating on our hot dogs. Not that the memory of a simple hot dog with yellow mustard doesn't bring back fond memories of backyard cookouts, baseball games, or local carnivals for some of us…..BUT we have taken mustard to another level………..GOURMET! We feel we have taken a unique approach, not only to the flavors we offer but also to our gift packs. You can use our mustards in many ways from sandwiches to gourmet recipes. In a nutshell, we LOVE our mustard and hope you will as well.
